The short version: FlashyPDF Kit does not collect, upload, or transmit your files or documents anywhere. Every tool — merge, split, edit, convert, compress — runs entirely on your device.
Files you work with. PDFs, images, and any documents you open in FlashyPDF Kit are processed locally on your device using on-device code. They are never sent to FlashCom's servers or any third party, because FlashyPDF Kit has no server component.
Camera access. The "Scan a document" feature uses your device's camera to capture a photo, which is then handled the same as any other image you select — processed locally, never uploaded.
On-device storage. The Recent files list is saved locally on your device only, so you can retrieve your last few results. You can clear this at any time from the Recent tab. FlashCom cannot see this data.
Third-party libraries. FlashyPDF Kit uses open-source libraries (pdf-lib, pdf.js, JSZip) that run entirely within the app on your device. None of them transmit data externally.
Advertising and analytics. The current version of FlashyPDF Kit does not include ads or analytics. If a future version adds these (for example, in the free tier), this policy will be updated first and the change will be noted in the app's release notes.
Children's privacy. FlashyPDF Kit does not knowingly collect data from children, as it does not collect data from anyone.
Changes to this policy. If this policy changes, the update will be reflected here with a new effective date.
